Pin Projects and Leads to the Home Screen

I might be overlooking this, but I haven't found how to do it yet.

There should be a way to pin items to the home page (the page you see when you first log in that has “Items Requiring Your Attention in the Next 7 Days” at the top?

For example, it would be helpful to pin projects or leads there (Like “Project 1”, “Project 2”, or “Lead A”, Lead “B”, so I can click directly into where I want to go.

As it is now, I have to go to the side menu, click “Leads” or “Projects”, then click on the lead or project I want to go to.

Pinning Projects & Leads to the Home page would save a bunch of steps.

I could see it being helpful to also pin other things to the home page, depending on a person's role on a project and within a company.
