We need a report for single project and multiple projects report that shows the total contract value, the prime invoices to date, the amount paid to date and the balance to bill.

I use the report you noted below for single, yes, but it doesn't show the balance to bill yet remaining on the overall contract. The multi job report that is the most useful is the Cross Project - Prime Invoices Grouped by Export Status, Owner and Project, but it also doesn't show the balance to bill remaining on the overall contract. Both reports only show the status of invoices that have already been created. There are separate reports for un-billed balance on the contract, but those reports are not useful. We need just a simple report that shows the overall contract value, the prime invoices to date, the paid to date total and the balance remaining to bill on the contract.
Can you review the Log Style Report in Contract Admin > Prime Invoices > Reports > Single Project Reports > and titled " Prime Invoices Grouped by Contract and Status with Payment Info"? While you are there, you may want to switch to Multi-Project Reports and see if any standard log style reports can fit your needs.
