Setting Default Views by User

Especially with the new updates, we need the ability to choose the default view we prefer, instead of the default view that the company has selected. Ideally, each individual user would be able to set the default view (and filters) they would like to use for each different section of the software they have access to (Leads, Projects, POs, Subcontracts, etc.) as each user has different preferences. At a minimum, we need the ability to change the default view to the way that the company most frequently views things.

Biggest reasons this is coming up now (though it existed before) with the new ability to have Leads and Projects sorted by "most recently viewed" this it the default view. However, most in our company do not prefer this view, and when we change the view, every time we leave and then comeback to the same page we have to set it again.

Please get this on the list, as this seems to be a fairly basic function that is usually included with most software packages....but the default view was also made worse by the recent change. If nothing else, at least change it back to the previous default view and give us the option to view by "most recently viewed" instead of having that as the default.
