a way to set ascending or descending as a default for PO list

I am currently using Sage CM to manage Purchase Orders. I prefer to view my POs in ascending order. however, every time I navigate back to the list or refresh the page, the sort order resets. This requires me to manually click the column header each time to re-sort the list, which is inconvenient.
