Timecard Approver Workflow to use Project Manager

Currently, the Timecard approver workflow relies on a fixed employee/manager relationship configured in Company Settings. In environments with a dynamic field team supporting multiple projects under different PMs, this creates unnecessary friction — approvals don't reflect who's actually managing the work day to day. Adding the option to route approvals to the project manager assigned to each project would better align the approval workflow with how field labor is actually deployed, reducing administrative overhead and manual reassignment.
