Re-use Lead Stages

There are times where a project get bid, and then has to be rebid. It would be nice to be able to enter or add a stage more than once to be able to reflect it moving from say, "consideration" to "bidding" to "bid Submitted" to "Bidding" to "bid Submitted", etc.

Right now we can only add a stage once to a job (and possibly a bug in our system, but we can only have 8 lead stages, so adding a new stage of "Re-Bidding" is not an option).

We want to be able to keep the historical timeline of what took place if we have to re-bid a project, but right now the only way to do that is by tracking the info inside something like a journal, as we would have to delete a previously used stage to be able to re-use it a second time.
