Update digital payment process

Update the digital payment for customers to resemble quickbooks. Currently digital payments options require too many steps. An email must be created manually with a link embedded in the email. Once clicked the link directs to a page where customers must manually fill in a P.O. and amount. The page looks "unfriendly" and requires too many manual steps. Quickbooks is one step. Easy. So, create a process where an email is sent automatically, and the customers need only to click and pay. Our competitors are using quickbooks and its a competitive advantage for them.
