In Leads under "Drawings" which we organized the drawing titles which we renamed to name "Addendum1" . When we link the documents to the Access Portal to the Vendors the renamed titles and Drawing numbers are not noted. In the Access Portal the documents are only shown by the file name not the renamed drawing titles. This makes it hard for the Vendors to know which documents are new with the addendum.
it would be better if the renames titles and drawing numbers under "drawings" matches the "access portal documtns"
