Project Bidding Open to Everyone

Once a Lead or Project is created, it would be nice to have the option to post the project to a general hub where everyone who has Sage would be able to view the project and submit a bid if they are interested. This would be beneficial to both parties. Party "A", looking for bids/pricing, and Party "B", those looking for work.
