Submittal Importing from excel

Being more clear on what is needed for the import to work properly. Had to go back and forth a dozen times before i figured out what is all needed to be filled out as a baseline. I still can't get it to work because it's not recognizing some fields.

There should either be a way to add additional recipients or allow cc:d individuals in the sending stage to have access to the link.

RFI Detailed Report Bookmark When Schedule or Cost Impact is "To Be Decided"
