In lieu of having to add a project to a User in the Company Settings, it would be useful to have any user be granted access to a project if their corresponding Company Contact was added to the project directory.

Our project Coordinators are the "role" that needs to add team/employee access to specific projects, however, they would have to have ADMIN permissions to do this. Permission settings needs to be much more granular.
