My ideas: Estimating Items

This software has great take off and drawing management capabilities not to mention others. It will give an alternative for take off

We would like the ability to create a global markup while also having the option to exclude certain line items from the estimate on this mark up during the creation process.

It is often useful to have some space for internal notes when building an estimate. Having a tab similar to "drawings" and "specs" where such notes may be added would be useful.
