My ideas: ITB (Invitation to Bid)

When selecting Suppliers and Subcontractors on drop downs it would be nice to hide internal contacts from the list. Example ITB and RFPs.

The add by classification window for ITB does not do as it suggests. If I wanted to search by distance from the project, that should be a separate option. When adding by classification, I just want to see the list of vendors in the classification ...

The ability to have a prequalification workflow for new subs/vendors to work through and complete before they are added to an ITB, etc. Ideally, they could log into the portal and and answer the appropriate questions normally included on a prequal...

Under invitation to bid once you create a general message you cannot edit, or delete it... would be nice to have this feature

Please allow photos to take .mov uploads so that we can have videos and photos of the space to be in the same area, rather than needed to upload videos under drawings. This should help keep more similar items grouped.

If ITB is used outside of the leads module; inside of the Projects module, it will be helpful to be able to add Vendors to the ITB list from the existing Project Directory. ITB might be used after the project is created.

It would be helpful to have ALL (read and unread) messages display in the default view on the ITB Vendor Messages tab. You have to check the Show Only Unread Messages checkbox to display the unread ones.

Ability to document performance reviews for subcontractors and suppliers listed in the Project Directory. This information could also be used as a filter criteria when adding vendors to an ITB.
