When adding a Specification file - add a "Burst by Bookmark" feature.

When adding a Specification file, let us Burst out the PDF based on the Bookmarks in the file.

Click and View Specifications PDF

We want to be able to click the document name in the specifications and have the PDF pop-up for viewing within Sage CM in addition to clicking "View" on the "...". This would be more efficient and time-saving.
